We are committed to providing you the best experience. Here’s a list of helpful questions and information about our food and service. We will endeavor to update as necessary. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if your question is not on this list. We will try to respond to your query as soon as possible.


Delivery Zones

- Regular delivery available from Wednesday - Friday depending on suburb. 

- Special deliveries may be available depending on the week.

You will be contacted directly if delivery is available other than the regular Wednesday - Fridays. 

* Zone 1 

Free delivery.

Minimum order $80.

Within 5km.

* Zone 2

$10 delivery fee.

Minimum order $80. 

Between 5.01km - 15km.

* Zone 3

$15 delivery fee.

Minimum order $150.

Between 15.01km - 25km. 

Also includes : 

Glen Waverley, Vermont, Ringwood, 

Brighton, Clayton, Springvale, Dandenong, Mordialloc. 

* Zone 4 

$25 delivery fee, Minimum order $200.

Geelong, Torquay, Sunbury and other delivery areas. 

** Distance is calculated from either of our physical store locations to delivery address, according to Google Maps. 

Route used will be the shortest, toll-free route.

When will I receive my order?
Deliveries will be made Wednesday to Friday.

Delivery schedule will be discussed with you directly. 

You will receive an email within 3 days of your order to confirm delivery day. 

The delivery company with SMS you on the day of your delivery with a estimated delivery time. 

Delivery notifications
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your order. Another email will be sent within 48-72 hours confirming delivery day. You will receive a SMS message from the delivery company with an estimated time of delivery on the morning of the delivery day. Minimum 3 days notice required.


Store pickup
Pick up is available from both our locations [link to restaurant page]. At checkout, please select the ‘Store Pick Up’ option and select which store. For City store pickup, this is all you need to do. For Laverton Store pickup, please advise us when you order. anywhere to specify this, as we can’t figure out how to add a second pick up location.


Advance orders
You are welcome to order more than a week in advance. Please specify this request in a comment/note along with your order. If you require your order on or before a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate where we can. Extra delivery fees may apply for delivery requests outside of our designated delivery schedule.


Order cancellations
If you require a cancellation of your order, all refunds will incur a 3.5% surcharge and will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days. All transactions are administered via Stripe.

What if I have food allergies or dietary requirements?
Please make sure you check the ingredients in the product listing. Korean food has a lot of hidden seafoods, fish, egg, nuts, soy sauce, cereals and sesame. If you have further concerns or questions, please contact us before placing an order.


How long will the food last?
Depends on the item, but mostly a minimum of 3 days in the fridge. Please always keep food that is not consumed immediately in the fridge or freezer. Consume food within 3 days or as according to the use by date sticker on all products. Make sure your fridge temperature is between 2-5 degrees celsius, and freezer temperature is below -20 degrees celsius.
