If your area is not in the Wednesday-Friday delivery zones we will contact you directly to organise a delivery day between Wednesday and Friday.

Our Delivery Zone is constantly being updated. If your postcode isn’t included, please let us know and we will confirm the delivery zone and delivery day with you directly.

When will I receive my order?
Deliveries will be made Wednesday to Friday.

Please check our Delivery Zone page for the designated delivery day to your suburb.

With the current situation causing a shortage of staff in our stores and also in delivery people at our delivery company’s drivers, all deliveries will be between Wednesday - Friday. 

If you delivery day stipulated as a Monday or Tuesday delivery, we will organise for a Wednesday to Friday delivery and send you a confirmation email. 

The delivery company with SMS you on the day of your delivery with a estimated delivery time. 

Delivery notifications
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your order. Another email will be sent within 48 hours confirming delivery day. You will receive a SMS message from the delivery company with an estimated time of delivery on the morning of the delivery day. Minimum 2 days notice required.

Order and delivery for set menus
All weekly set menus will be delivered according to delivery days. Sets will need to be ordered at least 3 days in advance to ensure delivery.

Store pickup
Pick up is available from both our locations [link to restaurant page]. At checkout, please select the ‘Store Pick Up’ option and select which store. For City store pickup, this is all you need to do. For Laverton Store pickup, please advise us when you order. anywhere to specify this, as we can’t figure out how to add a second pick up location.

Advance orders
You are welcome to order more than a week in advance. Please specify this request in a comment/note along with your order. If you require your order on or before a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate where we can. Extra delivery fees may apply for delivery requests outside of our designated delivery schedule.

Order cancellations
If you require a cancellation of your order, all refunds will incur a 6.5% surcharge and will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days. All transactions are administered via Stripe.

What if I have food allergies or dietary requirements?
Please make sure you check the ingredients in the product listing. Korean food has a lot of hidden seafoods, fish, egg, nuts, soy sauce, cereals and sesame. If you have further concerns or questions, please contact us before placing an order.

How long will the food last?
Depends on the item, but mostly a minimum of 3 days in the fridge. Please always keep food that is not consumed immediately in the fridge or freezer. Consume food within 3 days or as according to the use by date sticker on all products. Make sure your fridge temperature is between 2-5 degrees celsius, and freezer temperature is below -20 degrees celsius.
